In this episode, Stephanie talks about The MYB Life Assessment, a tool designed to help individuals assess their current position in life and identify areas for personal growth and development. It consists of several categories, each scaled from 1 to 10, with 1 representing dissatisfaction and 10 representing complete satisfaction. The Five D Philosophy is then used to take each category through the process of deciding on what to improve, discovering what needs to be done to improve, developing a plan, taking action, delivering on the plan, and ultimately dominating the category. The assessment results can then be used to create a personal growth plan to achieve a vision for one's life.
